Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: Perencanaan kinerja; Pengorganisasian kinerja; Pelaksanaan kinerja; Pengawasan kinerja berbasis budaya religius dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MI Bandingan Kecamatan Rakit Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan kinerja berbasis budaya religius dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme Guru, pertama merumuskan program budaya religius yang akan dilaksanakan, berupa; (a) menyusun kegiatan budaya religius, (b) menetapkan budaya religius yang akan diterapkan, dan (c) melaksanakan kegiatan budaya religius, kedua penentuan kegiatan budaya religius; yang memuat (a) disiplin, (b) teladan, (c) kebersamaan,(d) damping peserta didik shalat berjamaah, (e) tilawah, ketiga kebijakan dalam kegiatan budaya religius; keempat arah yang akan ditempuh dalam kegiatan budaya religious; 2) Pengorganisasian Kinerja Berbasis Budaya Religius, pertama pembagian kerja yang logis, berkoordinasi dengan wakil kepala madrasah, serta para guru. Kedua penetapan tanggung jawab dan wewenang, Ketiga pengukuran pelaksanaan dan prestasi yang dicapai; 3) Pelaksanaan Kinerja Berbasis Budaya Religius yaitu setiap guru disiplin dalam mengerjakan tugasnya baik itu dalam proses pembelajaran maupun di luar pembelajaran, menjadi teladan yang baik, membaca al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, selalu mendampingi peserta didik dalam melaksanakan shalat berjamaah yang dilakukan secara bergantian juga selalu menjaga kebersamaan antar guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya. 4) Pengawasan Kinerja Berbasis Budaya Religius dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalisme Guru di MI Bandingan Kecamatan Rakit Kabupaten Banjarnegara, kepala madrasah saya terjun langsung berpartisipasi dalam menerapkan budaya religius di madrasah sekaligus mengawasi para guru dalam menerapkan budaya religius sertamemotivasi para guru yang lalai dalam kegiatan tersebut, dan bahkan teguran atau sangsi saya lakukan jika adaguru yang selalu membiasakan hal buruk tersebutThe problems examined in this study are performance planning; Organizing performance; Performance implementation; Performance monitoring based on religious culture in improving teacher professionalism at MI Bandingan, Rakit District, Banjarnegara Regency. The data were analyzed using a descriptive analysis model consisting of data collection, and drawing conclusions (verification). The results of the study found that: 1) Performance planning based on religious culture in improving teacher professionalism, first to formulate a religious culture program to be implemented, in the form of; (a) arranging religious-cultural activities, (b) determining the religious culture that will be applied, and (c) carrying out religious-cultural activities, secondly determining religious-cultural activities; which contains (a) discipline, (b) exemplary, (c) togetherness, (d) accompanying students to pray in congregation, (e) recitation, the three policies in religious-cultural activities; the four directions to be taken in religious- Sudadi dan Sugiyanto 167 Inspirasi – Vol. 5, No.2 Juli – Desember 2021 cultural activities; 2) Organizing Performance Based on Religious Culture, first a logical division of labor, in coordination with the deputy head of the madrasah, as well as the teachers. Second, the determination of responsibility and authority. Third, measurement of implementation and achievement; 3) Performance Implementation Based on Religious Culture, that is, every teacher is disciplined in doing his / her duties both in the learning process and outside of learning, being a good role model, reading the Koran properly and correctly, accompanying students in carrying out congregational prayers alternately also always maintain togetherness between teachers in carrying out their duties. 4) Performance Supervision Based on Religious Culture in Improving Teacher Professionalism at MA Bandingan, Rakit District, Banjarnegara Regency, my madrasa principal directly participated in implementing religious culture in madrassas as well as supervising teachers in implementing a religious culture and motivating negligent teachers in these activities, and even reprimand or sanction me if there are teachers who always get used to these bad thingsÂ
