<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi existence, motivasi relatedness, motivasi growth dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden dengan sampel 60 orang pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Hasil penelitian menemukan motivasi existence, motivasi relatedness, motivasi growth dan semangat kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Existence, Motivasi Relatedness, Motivasi Growth, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.
