Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi existence, motivasi relatedness, motivasi growth dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden dengan sampel 60 orang pegawai di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Hasil penelitian menemukan motivasi existence, motivasi relatedness, motivasi growth dan semangat kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Existence, Motivasi Relatedness, Motivasi Growth, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract This study aims to determine how motivation, relatedness motivation, growth motivation, and work spirit significantly affect employee performance. This study uses primary data through questionnaires distributed to respondents with a sample of 60 employees at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of West Sulawesi Province.
