<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peningkatan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang efektifdi SMK Negeri 1 Sambelia melalui supervisi observasi kelas. Dalam penelitiantindakan ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbuktidapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan mencapai standar ideal. Dari 57,5 %pada Siklus l,dapat meningkat menjadi 67,5 % pada siklus II, dan siklus ke IIImeningkat menjadi 78,93 %. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah ini menunjukkanbahwa penerapan supervisi observasi kelas kepala sekolah dapatmeningkatkan kinerja guru dengan ketuntasan mencapai 100 % , tanggapanguru adalah sangat positif terhadap pembinaan yang dilakukan kepala sekolahmelalui supervisi observasi kelas .Kata Kunci : Peningkatan Kinerja Guru, Poses Belajar Mengajar Supervisiobservasi kelas Kepala Sekolah.The aim of this school action research is to know the extent to which theperformance improvement of teachers in carrying out an effective learning atSMK Negeri 1 Sambelia through the supervision of observation of the class. Inthis action research conducted in cycle 3, the results of actions undertakenproved can improve the performance of teachers by achieving the idealstandard. From 57.5% in Cycle l, can be increased to 67.5% in cycle II, andcycle to III rose to 78.93%.
