<![CDATA[Covid-19 has transformed all classroom learning through an internet connection. The purpose of this study was to describe the needs of teachers and students, develop products, and describe the validation of the developed media experts. The method in this research is R&D. The research subjects were teachers and students of class XII even semester as well as material and media experts. The research instruments used were interview guidelines, questionnaires, and documentation with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. This research shows that teachers and students need the digital comic media Webtoon Serat Tripama for character education learning. This research succeeded in developing the digital comic media Webtoon Serat Tripama. The product that is assessed by material and media experts is then based on the assessment of the media, it is improved so that it is feasible in learning. It can be said that the Webtoon Serat Tripama media is appropriate to be used as a learning medium for the even semester XII class.]]>
