<![CDATA[This research is based on the problem of unsatisfactory quality of education. In this regard, this study aims to determine Strategic Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation in Improving the Quality of Education at MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency. This research is a qualitative study. Data collection used interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data used triangulation, and data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research concluded that: (1) Strategic Planning in Improving the Quality of Education in MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency includes the formulation of a vision and mission, environmental analysis, setting long-term goals and determining the strategy to be used; (2) Strategic Implementation in Improving the Quality of Education at MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency is going well, which is reflected in the atmosphere of the madrasa environment, the character of the teachers and students as well as the climate and culture that the madrasa has built; (3) Strategic Evaluation in Improving the Quality of Education at MI Miftahul Huda Bulaksari, Bantarsari District, Cilacap Regency is carried out periodically, either once a month or once a year. In addition, the evaluation is carried out directly by the head of the madrasa or indirectly with the assistance of the madrasah development team.
