JKN contributions are a sum of money that must be paid by Participants, Employers, Local Governments and the Central Government consistently in the health insurance program. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with compliance paying JKN contributions to independent participants in the Inpatient Installation of Sidoarjo District Hospital. The design of this study was analytic with a cross sectional approach using a multi-stage sampling technique and the sample size was 44 participants. The study was conducted in February-July 2020. Data analysis used the Spearman Rho statistical test. The results of the analysis of the relationship of education with JKN contribution payment compliance in the Inpatient Installation of Sidoarjo District General Hospital in 2020 showed a significant relationship with sig. 0.004 < (0.05). Relationship of work with JKN contribution payment compliance at the Sidoarjo Hospital Inpatient Installation in 2020 shows that there is a significant relationship with sig. 0.000 < (0.05). Income relationship with JKN contribution payment compliance at the Sidoarjo Hospital Inpatient Installation Year 2020 shows there is a relationship with sig. 0.047 < (0.05). Relationship between knowledge and compliance of JKN contribution payment in the Inpatient Installation of Sidoarjo District Hospital in 2020 shows there is a significant relationship with sig. 0.014 < (0.05). The results of the study show that there is a relationship, so it is hoped that the results of this study will be used as additional studies for the BPJS KC Sidoarjo Health in improving JKN contribution payment compliance to independent participants.
