<![CDATA[Abstrak: Pengaruh pengembangan karir jabatan dosen dan Perolehan dana hibah terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Dosen Swasta.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengembangan karir jabatan dosen PTS {Asisten ahli, lektor, lektor kepala}, Perolehan dana hibah memberikan pengaruh terhadap kenaikan pendapatan dosen. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan uji simultan Y = 1,425-0,292X1+0,091X2. Dari permasalahan di atas dimana pengembangan karir dan perolehan dana hibah sangat berpengaruh, maka sudah seharusnya Dosen-Dosen Swasta di Indonesia lebih meningkatkan dan bersemangat dalam mengembangkan karir jabatan dosen {Asisten ahli, lector, lektor kepala} dan bersemangat dalam mengejar dana hibah penelitian. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir Jabatan, Perolehan dana hibah, Kenaikan Pendapatan. Abstract: Effect of career development career for lecturers and the acquisition of grant funds to increase private lecturer income. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the career development of PTS professors {Expert Assistant, Associate Professor, Associate Professor}, the acquisition of grant funds had an influence on lecturer income increases.
