<![CDATA[In the business world âs competition , companies require their employees to give high performance by working very effectiveand efficient. This condition may cause employee to experience working stress. The objective of this research is to find out the relationbetween factors that affecting working stress with employee performance of PT.Tonga Tiur Putra. The research shows that there isa low relation from environment factor (0,317) and medium with organization (0,624) to employee performance. However, researchshows a high relation between individual factors with employee performance. Futher more, all three factors contribute a mediumrelation (0,561) to employee performance.]]>
