FASILITAS KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN KOPERASI UNIT DESA (KUD) BINA USAHA KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada KUD Bina Usaha Kabupaten Dharmasraya secara parsial dan secara simultan. Jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 48 orang (Sampling Jenuh). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa fasilitas kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Berdasarkan hasil R2 = 0,775 didapatkan bahwa kontribusi fasilitas kerja (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 77,5%, kategori kuat. Hendaknya pimpinan perusahaan lebih memperhatikan perlengkapan kerja karyawan dalam bekerja sehingga pekerjaan dapat terselesaikan dengan baik dan pimpinan lebih memberikan kesepatan kepada karyawan dalam memberikan ide-ide baru agar tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai.The purpose of this study was to determine the significant influence between work facilities and organizational culture on employee performance at KUD Binan Usaha Dharmasraya Regency partially and simultaneously. The total population is 48 people and the sample is 48 people with the sampling method using Saturated Sampling. The t-test shows that the work facilities variable with employee performance shows that tcount = 7.474 is greater than ttable = 2.014 at a significance level of 0.05, then H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted and the organizational culture variable with employee performance shows that tcount = 5.719 is greater than ttable = 2.014 at a significance level of 0.05 then H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the F test, the Fcount value is 77.549 and Ftable is 3.20, this means that the variables of work facilities and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance variables. Based on the results of R2 = 0.775, this means that work facilities (X1), organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) are 77.5% and the remaining 22.5% can be explained by other factors outside of this study.
