<![CDATA[The development of specialized military skills for cadets of paramilitary education students is an interesting study. Because cadets are not only required to master military skills and abilities. But also self-development and mental maturity when on duty later. Increasing or developing self-efficacy is increasing that maturity. Because self-efficacy is a form of trust or belief related to its own abilities. So that in any situation and as dangerous as anything can still be at peace with the circumstances or conditions of the self. By conducting this study intends to contribute to understanding the psychological mechanisms that can be found in every cadet or cadet student who is in the education period. In addition, research or studies on self-efficacy seem to be lacking. While increasing self-efficacy is able to motivate and achieve.
