<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the role and contribution in helping to increase activeness and develop competence in students in online learning. The use of technology media is important nowadays, then the choice of learning applications by teachers in implementing online learning can be said to be one of the important components to support and create an atmosphere that makes students interested and does not feel bored in carrying out the learning process. This research uses a literature study method which is considered efficient by researchers considering the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, because the research is carried out with documentation and information retrieval from relevant studies. The results of this study are the role of parents and teacher innovation in the online learning process can affect student interest in learning, so that if there is motivation and interest, it can help students develop their competence. Therefore, developing student competencies will remain a top priority in the objectives of learning indicators when learning online.]]>
