This study used an evaluation by using information measurementand assessment result information. The result was measured by givingscores (number) then the score was assessed and interpreted by the rules todetermine personal ability level. Moreover, the result of the assessment processis next evaluated to determine the personal or programmed achievementlevel. Generally, there are two educational assessment techniques, namelytest and non-test. Afterward, this study described how the preparation ofthe instrument, based on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor evaluationdomains. A set of good tests and non-tes as achievement measurer shouldhave these criteria, sucha as; validity, practicability, reliability, and economy.Furthermore, the analysis of test items on Islamic Religious Education (PAI)learning evaluation consists of difficulty index, discriminating power, spieleranalysis, item homogeneous analysis, and optional functioning effectiveness.
