<![CDATA[This research covers how is the political life of Samin women. It also tries to answer what are factors which influence them to implement the traditional beliefs in their political life. The researcher uses some alternative models to undertake this research, such as ethnomethodology, ethnography, grounded, and phenomenology. The data are analyzed by using qualitative approach to understand the social activities of Samin women in Kudus in terms of general election. It is found that Samin women are very active in their political life. Their activeness are influenced by some factors such as: from theirselves, from their husbands and fÂrom the Samin leaders.
