The research in the year 2008 reviews the condition of men who have the same-sex desire in view of the islamic students in Kudus, Central Java associated to human rights perspective (HAM). although there were only two gay respondents and the interaction with them was not intensive but the actual number of gays in Kudus like an iceberg, the results showed that in facing the dominant culture, gay closed themselves because they feel marginalized. The responses of the students varied, i.e. : (1) they rejected because according to the message of religion, gay violates Islam, (2) they are indifferent as they do not want to know the affairs of others, (3) they feel pity knowing that being gay is the impact of fury hypersex and irresponsible people and not getting sweet touch of the family.
