<![CDATA[Old perception that women only play a role on the domestic sector would be a myth. Women now enter the public sector that embody the dual role. Thus, women need to set the best time in order to create a balance between public and domestic roles. In this case, there is a need for awareness for women given the opportunity to change the structure and culture, both through the social environment and through themselves. This awareness is necessary for social change that makes women independent structurally and culturally by removing the subordination style. Basically men and women have equal position. However, in reality there is often discrimination in wages for women workers (laborers). Wage of women workers are not comparable with the job because there is no justice in the amount that must be accepted.
