Islamic education is a process to build person holistically, i.e. cognitive, affective, and psychomotor field. It does not discriminate men and women. The discrimination and bias gender is constructed by culture and is influenced by Quran interpretation because the Qur’an is interpreted partly not comprehensively. Moreover, it is understood textually and not contextually.
