Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya persentase Model Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pinangsori Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021, dengan hipotesa analisis model pembelajaran team games tournament dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAK siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Pinangsori Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 diduga ≥75% dari yang diharapkan, dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 48 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket tertutup, dengan jumlah pernyataan sebanyak 30 item yang disusun berdasarkan indikator sesuai teori dan telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa besarnya persentase model pembelajaran team games tournament dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAK siswa kelas VIII SMP N 1 Pinangsori Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 ≥75% dari yang diharapkan, hal ini dibuktikan hasil analisisnya baik sebesar 79,93% dan thitungttabel sebesar 5,886 1,684, dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Penelitian ini menyarankan jika akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar perlu diterapkan model Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen.Kata Kunci: Team Games Tournament (TGT), Motivasi Belajar Abstract:This study aims to determine the percentage of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) Learning Model in Increasing the Motivation to Learn Christian Religion Education for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Pinangsori in the Learning Year 2020/2021, with a hypothesis of analysis of the team games tournament learning model can increase motivation to learn PAK. Class VIII students of SMP N 1 Pinangsori for the 2020/2021 learning year were estimated to be ≥75% of the expected, with a research sample of 48 people. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire, with a total of 30 items of statements arranged based on indicators according to theory and their validity and reliability have been tested. The results of data analysis show that the large percentage of the team games tournament learning model can increase the learning motivation of PAK students of class VIII SMP N 1 Pinangsori Tahun Learning 2020/2021 ≥75% of the expected, this is evidenced by the results of the analysis both at 79.93% and tcount ttable of 5.886 1.684, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study suggests that if it is to increase learning motivation it is necessary to apply the Team Games Tournament (TGT) Learning model in Christian Religious Education learning.Keywords: Team Games Tournament (TGT), Learning Motivation
