ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of principal's leadership on teacher performance, to examine the effect of performance on teacher performance, and to examine the effect of principal's leadership and achievement motivation together on the performance of SMB teachers in Bali Province. The type of research used is research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 60 respondents with data collection techniques carried out by questionnaires or closed questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression, showed that the principal's leadership variable had a significant effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient value (ry1) = 0.900, tcount 15.816> ttable 1.672 significance (α) 0.05. The motivation variable has a significant effect on teacher performance with a coefficient value (ry2) = 0.932, tcount 19.633> ttable 1.672 significance (α) 0.05. The variables of principal leadership and achievement together on teacher performance with correlation coefficient value (ry12) = 0.960, tcount 26.380> ttable 1.672 significance (α) = 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between the variables of the principal's leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously on teacher performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru, dan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMB Se-Provinsi Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner atau angket tertutup. Hasil regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (ry1) = 0.900, t hitung 15.816> t tabel 1.672 signifikasi (α) 0.05. Variabel motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien (ry2) = 0.932, t hitung 19.633> t tabel 1.672 signifikasi (α) 0.05. Variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (ry12) = 0.960, t hitung 26.380> t table 1.672 signifikasi (α) = 0.05. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.
