<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas secara khusus mengenai proses pembatalan akta hibah yang telah dibuat di hadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) dan mengetahui akibat hukum terhadap akta hibah yang telah dibuat dihadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) yang menyebabkan pemberi hibah jatuh miskin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembatalan akta hibah yang dibuat dihadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah akibat pemberi hibah jatuh miskin harus memperhatikan ketentuan Pasal 1365 KUHPerdata, Pasal 1688 KUHPerdata tentang pembatalan Hibah dan ketentuan perundang-undangan lainnya yang bersangkutan.
