Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rerebe presentase bayi yang diberi ASI eksklusif baru mencapai 40%. Rendahnya cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif ini dipengaruhi oleh budaya yang memberikan susu formula. Bayi yang tidak mendapat ASI eksklusif sejak umur 0 sampai 6 bulan mencapai 60%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan advokasi dengan cakupan pemberian asi eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rerebe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik, dengan pendekatan “Cross Sectional”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu-ibu menyusui yang berada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rerebe yaitu berjumlah 671 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 orang. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa ada hubungan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan nilai P.Value = 0,041, ada hubungan advokasi dengan cakupan ASI eksklusif dengan nilai P.Value 0,017. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Rerebe dapat memberikan dukungan dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif baik berupa informasi atau promosi kesehatan maupun secara tulisan atau poster yang mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat serta meningkatkan peran aktif masyarakat.Kata Kunci: ASI Ekslusif, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Advokasi. The results showed that there was a relationship between community empowerment and the scope of exclusive breastfeeding with P.Value value = 0.041, there was an advocacy relationship with exclusive ASI coverage with a P.Value value of 0.017.
