This study aims to determine the effect of Human Resources and Equipment Facilities on the quality of services provided to general outpatients at the Sukorejo Community Health Center either partially or simultaneously, and which factors have a more dominant influence. data collection method using questionnaires and data processing using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the factors of Human Resources and Equipment Facilities had a partial effect on the quality of service. This can be seen from the results of the t-test where both tcount is greater than ttable, namely 6.013 and 15,470 (ttable = 1.6607). Simultaneously these two variables are also proven to have an effect on service quality according to the results of the F test which shows that Fcount > Ftable (205.340 > 3.0902). While the factors that have a dominant influence are Facilities and Equipment with a regression coefficient greater (0.746) than the Human Resources factor (0.290). This shows that to improve the quality of service, attention to the repair and improvement of facilities and equipment is very important. Keywords: Human Resources, Equipment Facilities, Quality of Service
