The type of research used in this research is a descriptive quantitative. This research uses 20respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variable (X1 and X2)and 1(one) where the dependent variable competence (X1) and organization commitmen (X2) as theindependent variable and the performance of employees (Y) as the dependent variable.Based on the results of data processing found the answer hypothesis as follows; there aresignificant Competence (X1) toward employees performance (Y), with the level of influence of69,7%,. There is the effect of organization commitmen (X2) toward employees performance (Y), witha 47,4%. There is the influence of competence (X1) and organization commitmen (X2) togethertoward employees performance (Y), with the degree of influence of 72,5%.Keywords: Competence, organization commitmen, employees performance
