Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of video marketing promotion and brand awareness in influencing consumer purchasing decisions of Yamaha Motor Samples used by 60 respondents who are yamaha motor consumers working in PT. Yamaha taken using purposive sampling or judgement sampling techniques. The data used is primary data in the form of the dissemination of questionnaires in 60 respondents who are as consumers in PT. Yamaha. The analysis tool uses data quality test analysis tool in the form of validity test and reliability test, Classic Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results showed that the X1 variable (Video Marketing) and the X2 variable (Brand Awaseness) all statements or polls were declared valid and reliable, and passed the classic assumption test and all variables were declared to have a partial or simultaneous effect on variabl Y (Purchasing Decision).

Abstract

Sumber Gede Milling Factory is a milling factory engaged in the roasting industry which produces rice which has problems due to a decline in sales due to inaccurate marketing strategies. The research objective was to determine the right marketing strategy to increase sales of Sari Buah and Bakal Buah rice products based on SWOT and BCG automatic analysis.This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the analysis used to analyze the problem is the SWOT analysis and the BGC matrix.The result of the combination of the SWOT matrix that has an effect is the SO and ST strategies that can be applied to increase sales.Based on the results of BCG analysis, the value of the market growth rate is 0.186%, while the results of the calculation of the relative market share are 1.29% or 0.0129%. The calculation results show that the Sumber Gede Mill is in the first quardan, namely the Question Mark area, the quard and I part which has a relatively low market share position, but has a high market share growth rate.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of competence and organization commitmen toward employees performance at Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Lampung.The type of research used in this research is a descriptive quantitative. This research uses 37 respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variable (X1 and X2) and 1(one) where the dependent variable competence (X1) and organization commitmen (X2) as the independent variable and the performance of employees (Y) as the dependent variable.Based on the results of data processing found the answer hypothesis as follows; there are significant Competence (X1) toward employees performance (Y), with the level of influence of 69,7%,. There is the effect of organization commitmen (X2) toward employees performance (Y), with a 47,4%. There is the influence of competence (X1) and organization commitmen (X2) together toward employees performance (Y), with the degree of influence of 72,5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Lampung.Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 37 responden penelitian. Ada tiga variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 2 (dua) Variabel bebas (X1 dan X2) dan 1 (satu) variabel terikat dimana kompetensi (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja pegawai (Y) sebagai variabel terikat.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data ditemukan jawaban hipotesis yakni sebagai berikut; terdapat pengaruh kompetensi (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), dengan sebesar 69,7%. Terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 47,4%. Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 72,5%.

Abstract

Target This study aims to determine the effect of capital, liquidity, efficiency, banking performance on profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2013-2015 This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. In this study using secondary data, and the period of time used is 3 years, namely the 2013-2015 period. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research variables consisted of 5 variables (4 independent variables and 1 dependent variable). The research data was taken from the monthly financial reports of the 2013-2015 period Islamic Commercial Banks. Validation of this research data was verified by publishing it on the website of each Islamic Commercial Bank. , the Bank Indonesia website and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency website. Data analysis used is Regression analysis to analyze the factors that influence the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2013-2015. The results of the study are independent variables simultaneously (Test F) affect the profitability with a significant level of 0,000. While partially (t test) shows that: (1) capital has a positive and significant influence on profitability, (2) liquidity has a positive and significant influence on profitability, (3) efficiency has a negative and significant effect on profitability, (4) performance has a negative and significant impact on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks .. Based on the R² adjustment obtained 0.563 this means that the ability of four independent variables can explain Profitability 56,30 % while the remaining 43,70 % is explained by other factors.

Abstract

Human resources and flexible government system toward environmental change areincreasingly decisive to get success in goal achieving. Competence is an important factor forperformance, but that alone have not been adequate in building the effectiveness. Performance isinfluenced by environment of organization involving its process and system. This study was conductedat the office of Indonesian Center for Agricultural Library and Technology Dissemination (PUSTAKA),Bogor.The subject of this study was employee of PUSTAKA office and census was used as thetechnic of sampling. Thus, the number of samples were 88 employees who are its whole population.Data was analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Model) using PLS program. From the result, it was ableto conclude that competence influenced performance positively and significantly while policy also tookplace as moderator variable. The result of the test showed that policy moderated competence andperformance which mean the higher competence and policy were followed by greater performanceconversely.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the implementation of the MBKM policy has not been fully implemented, obstacles such as human resources and supporting facilities are not yet ready. So, it is necessary to know what are the factors that influence the successful implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, especially at the Universitas Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods using In-Depth Interviews. The results obtained are the factors that influence the success of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, namely the commitment and vision of the university leadership towards the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, the existence of a special unit that is responsible for the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program, the support and commitment of partners, the same positive mindset from the entire academic community regarding the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, the role of active and optimal supervisors, the role of active, initiative and creative students, the role of other academics regarding the administration of activities, the existence of standard operating procedures references, curriculum conformity planning, ect.

Abstract

MBKM program has been implemented by several universities, including at the Universitas Bandar Lampung. Universities need to determine policies that serve as guidelines for the study programs they cover, including support for cross-study learning and allocation of funds, as well as ensuring that the quality of graduates will not decrease by running this program. For this reason, in its implementation, it is necessary to form an institutional model for the implementation of Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus to see who has a role and how the relationship between these parties plays a role. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting the data, it applies literature studies and In-Depth Interviews with resource persons who are experts related to the Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus. The results in this study found that in the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus at the Universitas Bandar Lampung, there were internal and external stakeholders involved. Each stakeholder has its respective roles and relationships, both coordination and command relationships, both between internal stakeholders and between internal and external stakeholders. Everything is described in the institutional model of the Merdeka Learning Program - Merdeka Campus.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Tanpa adanya kinerja yang baik maka perusahaan akan banyak mengalami kegagalan bahkan kerugian baik secara financial ataupun non financial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Karang dengan metode human resources scorecard (HRSC) dan pembobotan AHP. Perspektif yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan ditinjau dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perspektif operasi dengan strategi meningkatkan jumlah pegawai yang mengikuti survey alignment, perspektif pelanggan dengan strategi mengurangi SAIFI, perspektif strategi dengan cara memenuhi dokumen syarat sertifikasi, dan perspektif financial dengan strategi memenuhi biaya pokok penyediaan.

Abstract

The Independent Learning Program – Independent Campus (MBKM) was launched by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim in 2020 in order to prepare university graduates who are tough in facing change. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung has implemented the MBKM Program, various kinds of problems in its implementation have certainly been experienced and various efforts have also been made so that this program can run well. The study uses the CIPP jenis (context, input, process and product), research data obtained by using a survey with student respondents who have or are currently participating in the program and students who have not participated in the program totaling 441 respondents. This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the implementation of MBKM at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung, seen from the perception of students as the main beneficiaries of the program. The results show that the average context dimension is considered very effective, especially from the statement that MBKM activities are very important to face the real world of work, while from the average input dimension it is considered very effective, especially the statement that the study program has facilitated the choice of MBKM activities that can be followed. by students and credit recognition for MBKM activities that are followed is appropriate. So it can be concluded that the MBKM program is appropriate to be implemented in universities to prepare college graduates who are ready to face the world of work, and universities have also facilitated as well as possible.

Abstract

Robusta Coffee Bunga adalah sebuah produk kopi bubuk Lampung yang memiliki masalah penurunan penjualan karena kurang tepat dan benarnya strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan terutama karena kondisi COVID-19 ini, dimana dari data, terlihat penjualan dari tahun 2018-2019 mengalami kenaikan konsisten dengan rata-rata pendapatan Rp.288.000.000-Rp374.400.000, namun mengalami penurunan signifikan di tahun 2020-2021 dengan rata-rata pendapatan Rp.144.000.000-Rp.172.800.000 akibat COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara mengatasi masalah tersebut dan mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang benar dan tepat untuk meningkatkan upaya penjualan Robusta Coffee bunga pada saat pandemi COVID-19 berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner, dengan analisis SWOT untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang dialami dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran. Dari hasil perhitungan matriks IE, diketahui Robusta Coffee Bunga berada pada sel 2 yaitu posisi tumbuh dan membangun (grow and build) yang didesain untuk mencapai pertumbuhan baik dalam keuntungan, aset, penjualan, atau campuran dari ketiganya. Yaitu dengan cara strategi intensif (strategi pengembangan produk baru, penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar) ataupun strategi integratif ( integrasi ke depan, belakang, horizontal). Hasil kombinasi matrik SWOT yang dominan adalah strategi SO dan WO yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada masa COVID-19.
