This study examines whether training and work discipline have an influence on employee performance, the variables studied are: (1) Independent Variables: Training and Work Discipline; (2) Dependent Variable: Employee Performance. Previous research consists of: (1) Ahmad Nazir 2019 (2) Wisnu Saputra and Imam Wibowo (2017), (3) Abdul Razak, Sarpan Sarpan2, Ramlan Ramlan3 (2017). The research respondents consisted of all employees of Politeknik STMI Jakarta. The questionnaires distributed were 71 questionnaires, of the 71 questionnaires distributed, 71 questionnaires were returned that could be processed. Data processing uses validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing through the Statistical Package For The Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 program. This is in accordance with the research that has been done that Job Training and Discipline when tested together or simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Performance in conflict situations, namely 0.000, obtained Fcount of 66.045 2.50 with a significant value of 0.000 0.05.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menguji apakah Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel yang diteliti adalah: (1) Variabel Independen: Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja; (2) Variabel Dependen: Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian sebelumnya terdiri dari: (1) Ahmad Nazir 2019 (2) Wisnu Saputra dan Imam Wibowo (2017), (3) Abdul Razak, Sarpan Sarpan2, Ramlan Ramlan3 (2017). Responden penelitian terdiri seluruh karyawan Politeknik STMI Jakarta. Kuesioner yang disebarkan sebanyak 71 kuesioner, dari 71 kuesioner yang disebarkan, kembali yang dapat diolah sebanyak 71 kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan pengujian validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis melalui program Statistical Package ForThe Social Science (SPSS) versi 22.0. Hal ini sesuai dengan penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa Pelatihan dan Disiplin Kerja bila diuji secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam situasi konflik yaitu sebesar 0.000, diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 66,045 2,50 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 0.05.
