Meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran inovatif berbasis daring melalui KKG mini dengan tutor teman

Abstract

This research aims to improve the ability of teachers in online based innovative learning. The subjects of this research were all teachers at SD Negeri 8 Mas, as many 8 people and 140 students, while the object of research was online based innovative learning. This research includes school action research conducted in the first semester of the 2020/2021 school year. Data was collected through observation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The criteria for success in this research are that teachers are able to use various methods, use various media, utilize the environment as a learning resource, and students are actively involved in learning and fun learning. This research is declared successful if each indicator has been achieved by 80%. The results of the data analysis showed that after implementing the Mini KKG with peer tutors in the first cycle, namely 75% of teachers were able to use various online-based media; 75% of teachers were able to use the environment as a learning resource; 71,4% of students were actively involved in learning, and 78,6% learning fun. In cycle II, namely 100% of teachers were able to use various methods; 87,5% of teachers were able to use various online-based media; 87,5% of teachers were able to use the environment as a learning resource; 80,7% of students were actively involved in learning; 82, 1% learning fun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran inovatif berbasis daring. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SD Negeri 8 Mas yaitu sebanyak 8 orang dan 140 siswa, sedangkan objek penelitiannya pembelajaran inovatif berbasis daring. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilaksanakan pada semester I tahunpelajaran 2020/2021. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mampu menggunaka metode yang bervariasi, menggunakan berbagai media, memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar, dan siswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran serta pembelajaran menyenangkan. Penelitian ini dinyatakan berhasil apabila masing masing indikator telah tercapai sebesar 80%. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilaksanakan KKG Mini dengan tutor teman pada siklus I yaitu 75% guru mampumenggunakan berbagai media berbasis daring, 75% guru mampu menggunakan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar; 71,4% siswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan 78,6% pembelajaran menyenangkan. Pada siklus II yaitu 100% guru sudah mampu menggunakan metode bervariasi; 87,5% guru mampu menggunakan berbagai media berbasis daring; 87,5% guru mampu menggunakan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar 80,7% siswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran; 82,1% pembelajaran menyenangkan.
