Optimalisasi ekstrakurikuler: sebuah praktik baik

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler merupakan kegiatan untuk mengembangkan bakat, minat, dan talenta peserta didik. Melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler diharapkan terciptanya peserta didik berprestasi sesuai bakat dan minatnya, sehingga mampu mendongkrak prestasi dan prestise sekolah. Best practice ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi sekolah. Tindakan yang dilakukan adalah optimalisasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SDN 01 Petanjungan dalam berbagai kompetisi. Metode pelaksanaan best practice dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen pedoman observasi, studi dokumen, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan data sebelum kegiatan dengan data setelah pelaksanaan dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif naratif. Hasil penerapan program optimalisasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SDN 01 Petanjungan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan prestasi siswa. Prestasi tersebut juga sekaligus mampu meningkatkan prestasi dan prestise sekolah di masyarakat. Extracurricular activities are activities to develop the talents, interests, and talents of students. Through extracurricular activities, it is hoped that students will excel according to their talents and interests, so that they are able to boost school achievement and prestige. This best practice aims to determine the improvement of school achievement. The action taken was optimizing the implementation of extracurricular activities at SDN 01 Petanjungan in various competitions. The best practice implementation method is carried out through the stages of planning, implementing and evaluating extracurricular activities. Data collection was carried out using observation guide instruments, document studies, and interviews. Data analysis used comparative descriptive analysis by comparing the data before the activity with the data after the implementation and explained descriptively in the narrative. The results of the implementation of the optimization program for extracurricular activities at SDN 01 Petanjungan showed that there was a significant increase in extracurricular activities and student achievement. This achievement is also able to increase the achievement and prestige of the school in the community.
