Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara budaya sekolah dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru. Populasi guru SD Negeri berjumlah 131 orang, sampel berjumlah 50 orang diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. dianalisis dengan statistik korelasi dan regresi sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi ganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan: 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry.1 = 0, 513, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,26. Nilai koefesien regresi sederhana menunjukkan t hitung > ttabel (3,130>2,010635). 2) terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ry.2 = 0.432, dan koefesien determinasi (R2) = 0.19. Nilai koefesien regresi sederhana menunjukkan t hitung > t tabel (3,320 > 2,010635). 3) terdapat hubungan antara budaya sekolah dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru dengan koefesien korelasi ry.12 = 0.568, koefesien determinasi (R2) = 0,322. dan nilai F hitung > F tabel (11,176 > 3,195056). Berdasarkan hasil analisis kinerja guru meningkat melalui peningkatan kualitas budaya sekolah dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah. This study analyzes the relationship between school culture and principal leadership style and teacher performance. The population of SD Negeri teachers described 131 peoples. Sample of 50 people was taken by using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Statistical statistics and simple regression and no multiple regression. The study resulted in three conclusions: 1) there is a positive relationship between school culture and teacher performance with a coefficient of ry.1 = 0, 513, and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.26. The simple regression coefficient value shows t count> t table (3.130> 2.010635). 2) there is a relationship between the principal's leadership style and teacher performance with subordinates ry. 2 = 0.432, and the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.19. The simple regression coefficient value shows t count> t table (3,320> 2,010635). 3) there is a relationship between school culture and principal leadership style together with teacher performance with the coefficient of installing ry.12 = 0.568, the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.322. and the calculated F value> F table (11.176> 3.195056). Based on the results of the analysis of teacher performance, the increase in the quality of school culture and the leadership style of school principals.
