<![CDATA[The problem of the research was how the learning process of melinting dance using cooperative model NHT type which the purpose of the research was to describe the process and the result of melinting dance learning. The research used descriptive qualitative approach to describe the process and the result of melinting dance. Data sources were arts teacher and 20 students of class VIII 1. Data collecting technique in this research used interview and documentation. Research instruments were observation, interviewing, documentation, students activity assessment, and practice test assessment guide. The research result of students activity on the first to eighth meeting reach the average score of 80 with Good predicate. The result of practice test reach average score of 77 with good predicate. The sixth and seventh meeting the teacher doesnt use NHT model based on thr instrument and there are steps that are not followed by the teacher.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana proses pembelajaran tari melinting menggunakan model kooperatif tipe NHT dengan tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran tari melinting. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Sumber data adalah guru seni dan 20 siswa kelas VIII 1. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, panduan dokumentasi, panduan penilaian aktivitas siswa, dan panduan penilaian tes praktik. Hasil penilaian aktivitas siswa pada pertemuan pertama sampai kedelapan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 80 dengan keterangan baik. Hasil tes praktik memperoleh nilai-rata-rata 77 dengan keterangan baik. Pertemuan keenam dan ketujuh guru tidak menerapkan model NHT sesuai dengan instrument, ada langkah-langkah yang tidak dilakukan oleh guru.Kata kunci: pembelajaran, tari melinting, model number head together (NHT).]]>
