This study aims to determine factors that become obstacles of developing Jikumerasa beach and the strategy for developing Jikumerasa beach. This research used quantitative data. To find out the factors that become obstacles of developing Jikumerasa beach its used the multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, to formulate a strategy for developing Jikumerasa beach used SWOT analysis. The results from multiple linear regression analysis has a significant effect on the development of Jikumerasa beach. Information and promotion factor with a value of t = 8.258 while ttable= >2.032 where the value of t is greater that the value of ttableso that the results are rejected, The t value is positive shows that the information and promotion factors have a significant effect on the development of Jikumerasa beach. The strategy for developing Jikumerasa beach is to take advantage of the RPJMD of Buru Regency 2017-2020 and utilize the Jikumerasa beach RIPPDA as a direction for the development and improvement of infrastructure as well as increasing information and promotion related of location of Jikumerasa beach
