<![CDATA[Sukma Maharani The Function of Village Head in Implementing Development in Mawai Indah Village, Batu Ampar District. Under the Guidance of Mrs. Salasiah S.Sos, M.Si as mentor I and Mrs. Raudah Mahmud S.Ag, M.Hi as mentor II. The Head of Village as a responsibility as the implementer of the development of the Village Head as the leading leader and directly related to the community. In addition, as a leader, the Village head also has function as a pioneer, even as the executor of the development of the village the leads. Data analysis in this study is qualitative based on the use of complete and in-depth information to interpret data on variables, non-quantitative and intended to conduct in-depth exploration and not to expand on phenomena. The method used is by interview, observation and documentation methods. The findings of this study are the function of the village head in the implementation of village development focusing on basic infrastructure such as PLN and Clean Water, in addition to the harvest is no longer in the form of raw materials but processed products.]]>
