<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, workload and work environment on teachers of SMK Muhamadiyah 1 Semarang. The sample in this study amounted to 30 with the census method. Data processing is processed with SPSS. The results of this study found that work motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Workload has a negative effect on teacher performance. In addition, the work environment has a positive effect on teacher performance. Keywords: work motivation, workload, work environment. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Guru SMK Muhamadiyah 1 Semarang.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 dengan metode sensus.
