<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun secara simultan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas agen asuransi pada PT. Asuransi Sinarmas MSIG Cabang Olympus D2 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 35 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear, regresi berganda dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) motivasi kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktfitas agen asuransi, (ii) disiplin kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktifitas agen asuransi, dan (iii) motivasi kerja dan disipln kerja secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas agen asuransi. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the direct or simultaneous influence of work motivation and work discipline on the productivity of insurance agents at PT. Sinarmas MSIG Insurance, Olympus D2 Makassar Branch. This study uses a survey method with saturated sampling with a sample of 35 respondents. Data were analyzed using linear regression, multiple regression and determination test. The results show that (i) work motivation has a significant and significant effect on the productivity of insurance agents, (ii) work discipline has a significant and significant effect on the productivity of insurance agents, and (iii) work motivation and work discipline simultaneously and significantly affect the productivity of insurance agents.
