Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan: untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan karyawan dan kendala-kendala dalam proses pelaksanaannya. Sampel penelitian adalah dosen sebanyak 80 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pada pendekatan ini, peneliti membuat suatu gambaran kompleks, meneliti kata-kata, laporan terinci dari laporan responden dan melakukan studi pada situasi yang alami. Fokus penelitiannya ditujukan untuk menggali data dan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan dosen. Hasil penelitian ini pelaksanaan strategi pengembangan dosen akan berimplikasi terhadap peningkatan mutu kinerja pendidikan serta eksistensi suatu perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci: nilai perusahaan, kecurangan dalam pelaporan keuangan, kepemilikan manajerial. Abstract The research aims: to determine employee development strategies and constraints in the implementation process. The research sample was lecturers as many as 80 respondents. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. In this approach, the researcher makes a complex picture, examines words, reports detailed reports from respondents and conducts studies in natural situations. The focus of his research is to explore data and information related to lecturer development. The results of this research implementation of the lecturer development strategy will have implications for improving the quality of educational performance and the existence of a university.
