ABSTRACT One of the things that highlighted during the Covid-19 pandemic at many integrated service post of Primary Health Care was closed immunization services for childrens under five years old. This means that the basic immunization coverage for childrens under five years old will be even smaller in the midst of the current Covid pandemic (Utami, 2020). However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, immunization must be completed according to schedule to protect children from PD3I (Ministry, 2020). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of parental knowledge of childrens under three years old on the accuracy of basic and booster immunizations during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is observational analytic. The sample presentation technique used is "purposive sampling". The research was conducted at integrated service post of Primary Health Care Colomadu I. Sample in this study were parents who had childrens under three years old at integrated service post of Malangjiwan village, integrated service post of Trowangsan, integrated service post of Perum GPI Klegen. With a sample size of 40 respondents. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire related to parental knowledge and the accuracy of childrens under three years old’s immunization. The research results show that the Asymp value is obtained. Sig (2-sides) in the Pearson chi square test is 0.026 0.05 using the SPSS 17.00 application, the conclusion "there is a relationship between the level of parental knowledge regarding immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic with the accuracy of immunization". Keywords: childrens under three years old, immunization accuracy, parental knowledge ABSTRAKSalah satu hal yang menjadi sorotan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini adalah banyak Posyandu dan Puskesmas yang menutup layanan imunisasi untuk balita. Hal ini berarti cakupan imunisasi dasar untuk anak balita akan lebih kecil lagi di tengah pandemi Covid saat ini (Utami, 2020). Akan tetapi, pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini, imunisasi tetap harus diupayakan lengkap sesuai jadwal untuk melindungi anak dari PD3I (Kementerian, 2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengetahuan orangtua batita terhadap ketepatan imunisasi dasar dan booster pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik observational. Tehnik pengampilan sampel yang di gunakan adalah “Purposive Sampling”. Penelitian dilakukan di Posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Colomadu I. Sam­pel dalam penelitian ini adalah orangtua yang mempunyai batita di Posyandu desa Malangjiwan, Posyandu Trowangsan, dan Posyandu Perum GPI Klegen. Dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner terkait pengetahuan orang tua dan ketepatan imunisasi batita. Hasil penelitian menun­jukkan diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig (2-sides) pada uji pearson chi square adalah sebesar 0,026 0,05 menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 17.00, , Simpulan “ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan orangtua terkait imunisasi pada masa pandemi covid-19 dengan ketepatan pemberian imunisasi”. Kata Kunci: batita, ketepatan imunisasi, pengetahuan orang tua
