Abstract: The implementation of this academic supervision is carried out in a sustainable family manner, which was carried out at SD Negeri 010054 Bahung Sibatu-batu, Sei Dadap District, academic year 2018/2019. This research is a classroom action research to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out the learning process in the classroom which includes the completeness of learning tools and the implementation of the teaching and learning process in the classroom when the process takes place. The results showed that, after taking action in the form of continuous family educative supervision from the initial condition to Cycle II, it turned out that the teacher's performance was increasing. Improvements occurred both in learning devices and carrying out the learning process in the classroom. Keywords: kinship; teacher competence; academic supervision  Abstrak: Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik ini dilakukan secara kekeluargaan berkelanjutan, yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 010054 Bahung Sibatu-batu kecamatan Sei Dadap Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk meningkatkan kompetensi Guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di kelas yang meliputi kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar di kelas saat proses tersebut berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, setelah dilakukan tindakan berupa supervisi edukatif kekeluargaan berkelanjutan dari kondisi awal sampai dengan Siklus II, ternyata kinerja guru semakin meningkat. Peningkatan terjadi baik pada perangkat pembelajaran maupun melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di kelas. Kata Kunci: kekeluargaan; kompetensi guru; supervisi akademik
