Abstrak. Proses pemilihan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan berprestasi di Perguruan Tinggi dengan mengakumulasikan seluruh nilai parameter, masih dipandang tidak objektif, sebab seyogianya setiap parameter penilaian memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang berbeda. Permasalahan lain adalah ketika terdapat akumulasi nilai akhir yang sama. Atas dasar tersebut, penetapan prioritas mesti mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan setiap parameter. Paper ini mengusulkan algoritma Moora dalam penentuan prioritas pemilihan Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan Berprestasi di Perguruan Tinggi. Kriteria tenaga pendidik meliputi: Sikap dan Perilaku, aktivitas Pengajaran, aktivitas Riset, serta Keterlibatan dalam kegiatan institusi, sedangkan kriteria Tenaga Kependidikan meliputi: Sikap, kemampuan dan keterampilan, tanggung jawab, serta Kerjasama. Akurasi kinerja algoritma Moora dalam penetapan prioritas ditentukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil penetapan prioritas oleh Algoritma Moora dengan hasil penetapan prioritas Berbasis Tingkat Kepentingan Kriteria. Dalam hal ini, hasil prioritas Berbasis Tingkat Kepentingan Kriteria menjadi patokan penentuan Akurasi. Dari masing-masing 10 kasus yang diuji, akurasi algoritma Moora mencapai 90% dalam penetapan prioritas pada kasus Tenaga Pendidik dan 80% pada kasus Tenaga Kependidikan.Kata Kunci: Prioritas; Tenaga kependidikan; Tenaga pendidik;Algoritma Mora; Akurasi Abstract. The process of selecting outstanding educators and educational staff in higher education by accumulating all parameter values is still considered not objective, because each assessment parameter should have a different level of importance. Another problem is when there is an accumulation of the same final value. On this basis, setting priorities must take into account the importance of each parameter. This paper proposes the Moora algorithm in prioritizing the selection of Outstanding Educators and Educational Personnel in Higher Education. The criteria for educators include: Attitudes and Behaviors, Teaching activities, Research activities, and involvement in institutional activities, while the criteria for Education Personnel include: Attitudes, abilities and skills, responsibility, and cooperation. The accuracy of the performance of the Moora algorithm in setting priorities is determined by comparing the results of priority setting by the Moora Algorithm with the results of priority setting based on the Interest Level of Criteria. In this case, the priority results based on the Interest Level Criteria become the benchmark for determining accuracy. From each of the 10 cases tested, the accuracy of the Moora algorithm reached 90% in setting priorities in the case of Educators and 80% in the case of Education Personnel.Keywords: Priority; Education staff; Educators; Mora Algorithm; Accuracy
