Abstract

Biological weapons are referred to as a weapon of mass destruction including chemical, nuclear andradiological Weapons as well.COVID-19 are an infectious disease caused by corona virus, which has recentlybeen discovered. Before the epidemic started in Wuhan, China, in December2019, this sort of new virusand disease was unknown. Chemical and radiation terrorist attacks are early signs of a bioterrorism threat.They have lodged a petition against China before the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)for suspected crimes against humanity by unleashing COVID-19 on the world, the London InternationalCouncil of Jurists and all the Indian Bar Association. The complaint lodged against the People’s Republic ofChina, the people’s Liberation Army and the Virology Institute in Wuhan charged the novel COVID-19.
