Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklim sekolah, struktur organisasi, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang ada pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 2 Sibolga yang berjumlah 44 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Hubungan variabel Iklim Sekolah (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dalam bentuk persamaan regersi Y = 29,213+ 0,229 X1. Ini berarti bahwa jika Iklim Sekolah meningkat sebesar 1 poin maka kinerja guru akan meningkat sebesar 0,229 poin pada konstanta 29,213 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. (b) Bentuk hubungan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dalam bentuk persamaan regersi Y = 21,772 + 0,501 X1. Ini berarti bahwa jika Struktur Organisasi meningkat sebesar 1 poin maka kinerja guru akan meningkat sebesar 0,501 poin pada konstanta 21,772. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. (c) Bentuk hubungan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) dalam bentuk persamaan regersi Y = 21,772 + 0,501 X1. Ini berarti bahwa jika Struktur Organisasi meningkat sebesar 1 poin maka kinerja guru akan meningkat sebesar 0,501 poin pada konstanta 21,772. Maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. (d) Karena Fhitung > Ftabel atau 12,088 > 2,840 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Iklim Sekolah, Struktur Organisasi dan Struktur Organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga.ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the effect of: School Climate on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Organizational Structure on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga, School Climate, Organizational Structure, Work Motivation on Performance Teacher at SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga. The population in this study were all teachers at the Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 2 Sibolga, amounting to 44 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Furthermore, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that: (a) The relationship between the variables of School Climate (X1) on teacher performance (Y) in the form of a regression equation Y = 29.213 + 0.229 X1. This means that if the school climate increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.229 points at a constant 29.213, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (b) The form of the relationship between the variables of Work Motivation (X3) on teacher performance (Y) in the form of a regression equation Y = 21.772 + 0.501 X1. This means that if the Organizational Structure increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.501 points at a constant of 21.772. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (c) The form of the relationship between the variables of Work Motivation (X3) on teacher performance (Y) in the form of a regression equation Y = 21.772 + 0.501 X1. This means that if the Organizational Structure increases by 1 point, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.501 points at a constant of 21.772. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (d) Because Fcount > Ftable or 12,088 > 2,840, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of School Climate, Organizational Structure and Organizational Structure together on the performance of SMP Negeri 2 Sibolga teachers.
