<![CDATA[ABSTRAKSI : Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Matesih adalah salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri yang unggul diantara sekolah negeri yang lain di daerah matesih karena sekolah ini sudah SSN (Sekolah Standar Nasional). Strategi promosi dan informasi dengan cara-cara dan proses konvensional yaitu dengan pembagian brosur,spanduk dan penyampaian informasi dari satu orang ke orang yang lain. dirasa belum optimal maka dari itu penulis Membuat Video Profil Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Matesih yang dapat digunakan sebagai media promosi dan informasi sekolah.Dalam pembuatan Video Profil ini penulis menggunakan beberapa metedologi di antaranya: Metode pendataan yaitu Kepustakaan, Observasi, Wawancara dan metode pendekatan masalah yaitu analisis, Perancangan, Pengambilan gambar, Proses capturing, Editing dan perekaman suara, Uji coba, Implementasi. Dengan dihasilkanya Video Profil Sekolah Menegah Pertama Negeri 1 Matesih, maka pihak sekolah dapat mengunakannya sebagai sarana promosi dan sebagai media informasi yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat luas.
