PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS X SMAN 4 SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex post facto yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh parsial kompetensi pedagogik terhadap hasil belajar, (2) pengaruh parsial kompetensi profesional terhadap hasil belajar, (3) pengaruh simultan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 orang siswa, Data dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi pedagogik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ditujukkan dengan nilai thitung = 13,145 > ttabel = 1,665. (2) Kompetensi profesional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung = 2,051 > ttabel = 1,665. (3) Kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ditujukkan dengan nilai Fhitung = 93,248> Ftabel = 3,12. (4) nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,708 artinya 70,8% hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesionalKata Kunci : hasil belajar, kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional This research is an ex post facto research that aim to know (1) partial influence of pedagogic competence to the result of learning process, (2) partial influence of professional competence to the result of learning process, (3) simultaneous influence of pedagogic and professional competence to the result of economic learning process. The amount of population in this research are 77 students. The data was collected by quitionaire and documenting. The research concludes that (1) The pedagogic competence influence by positively and significantly to the learning process by the score t- count 13,145 > t- table 1,665, (2) The professional competence influence by positively and significantly to the learning process by the score t-count 2,051 > t- table 1,665, (3) Pedagogic competence and professional competence has a significant influence to the result of learning process, that proven by F count 93,248 is greater than F table 3,12. (4) Score coefficient determination (R2) in the amount of 0,0,708 it is mean 70,8% learning process SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja influence by the pedagogic competence and professional competence.keyword : learning process, pedagogic competence , professional competence
