Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel pelayanan prima manakah yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Salon Agata Singaraja. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode analisis deskriptif, uji kelayakan instrument penelitian (uji validitas dan reliabiiltas), analisis regresi berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis (Uji f dan uji t). Dari hasil persamaan regresi menunjukkan bahwa lima dari enam variabel yakni kemampuan, sikap, perhatian, dan tanggung jawab mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan sedangkan variabel penampilan dan tindakan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Dari keenam variabel yakni (kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggung jawab) yang telah diuji maka variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Salon Agata Singaraja adalah perhatian. Hal ini disebabkan karena besarnya perhatian yang diberikan oleh karyawan kepada pelanggan maka akan memberikan kepuasan bagi pelanggan Salon Agata Singaraja. Kata Kunci : Variable Pelayanan Prima dan Kepuasan Pelanggan This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable-rate service which is the most dominant influence customer satisfaction Agata Salon Singaraja. To achieve these objectives we used descriptive analysis, due diligence research instrument (validity and reliabiiltas), multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (test f and t test). From the results of the regression equation showed that five of the six variables: the ability, attitude, caring, and responsibility has a positive and significant effect while the variable appearance and actions do not have a positive and significant influence. Of the six variables, namely (ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility) which have been tested the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction Singaraja Agata Salon is a concern. It is due to the attention given by the employees to the customers it will provide customer satisfaction for Agata Salon Singaraja.keyword : Variable Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction
