Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru fisika dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 ditinjau dari kecerdasan emosional (EI), tipe kepribadian, dan demografi sosial. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data penelitian adalah fakta, sifat-sifat, dan hubungan antara fenomena yang berkaitan dengan kecerdasan emosional, tipe kepribadian, dan demografi sosial. Instrumen utama adalah peneliti sendiri. Analisis dilakukan selama dan setelah pengumpulan data dengan alur kerja reduksi, paparan, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menjabarkan kompetensi guru model dari sudut pandang kecerdasan emosional, tipe kepribadian, dan demografi sosial guru model dalam mengajar serta seluruh tingkah laku dalam mengambil tindakan dan keputusan.Kata Kunci : EI, Kepribadian, Demografi Sosial, Kompetensi The purpose of this research was to describe the physics teacher competence in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 viewed from emotional intelligence (EI), personality type, and social demographic. The design of this research was qualitative research. Data of this research were facts, properties, and relationships between phenomena related to the emotional intelligence, personality, social demography and teachers competence. The main instrument was the researcher itself. Data Analysis was performed during and after data collection which consisted of reduction, exposure, and verification data. The result of this research describes competence of teacher model that viewed from emotional intelligence, personality type, and social demographic teacher in teaching and the whole teacher behavior when taking action and the decision.keyword : EI, personality, social demography, competence
