Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Menggunakan Prezi dalam Meningkatkan Rasa Ingin Tahu dan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Pada Materi Gaya Siswa Kelas IV

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas IV pada materi gaya melalui model Blended Learning menggunakan Prezi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian mixed methods research design dengan desain eksplanatori. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Sendangkulon, yaitu 27 siswa dan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi model pembelajaran Blended Learning menggunakan Prezi, rasa ingin tahu siswa, dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah IPA materi gaya siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara tidak terstruktur, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, yaitu uji t satu variabel, uji beda, uji N-Gain, dan uji regresi yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa lebih dari nilai KKM yaitu 70 dengan hasil nilai thitung = 6,003 ( 2,59) dan nilai signifikansi 0,015 ( 0,05); (2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu sebesar 46,23% setelah pembelajaran dengan model blanded learning menggunakan Prezi ; (3) Ada pengaruh rasa ingin tahu terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa sebesar 50,9% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar rasa ingin tahu siswa maka semakin tinggi kemampuan pemecahan masalahnya (5) Subjek penelitian mengalami peningkatan rasa ingin tahu di setiap pertemuannya sehingga  pemenuhan indikator pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah juga mengalami peningkatan.The purpose of this research is to increase the curiosity and problem-solving ability of fourth-grade students in the Force material through a Blended Learning model using Prezi. This research used mixed methods research design with an explanatory design. The sample used in this study were all of the fourth-grade students of SDN 1 Sendangkulon, there were 27 students and the subject of this research used a purposive sampling technique. These research variables included the Blended Learning model used Prezi, students’ curiosity, and students’ problem-solving abilities in the Force material. The data collection techniques used unstructured interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative analysis, namely the t-test of one variable, the different test, the N-Gain test, and the regression test which was then analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results showed that: (1) The problem-solving ability of the students was more than the KKM (Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning) score of 70 with the results of the tcount = 6,003 ( 2,59) and a significance value of 0,015 ( 0,05); (2) There was an increase in the problem-solving ability of 46,23% after the learning process with Blended Learning model using Prezi; (3) There was an influence of curiosity on students’ problem-solving abilities that was 50,9%, so it can be concluded that the greater the curiosity of students, the higher the ability of students in solving problems; (4) The curiosity of the subjects in this research increased in each meeting so that the fulfillment of indicators on problem-solving abilities also increased.
