Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Berbasis Teori Van Hiele dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar dan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah pada Materi Bangun Datar Kelas IV SDN Kangkung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning berbasis teori van hiele dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian mixed methods research design dengan desain eksplanatori. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN Kangkung, yaitu 22 siswa dan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa memenuhi ketuntasan individual  yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil nilai thitung = 6,003 ( 1,721) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 ( 0,05); (2) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar klasikal, yaitu sebesar 90%; (3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas IV SDN Kangkung sebelum dan setelah mengikuti pembelajaran yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Blended Learning berbasis teori Van Hiele dengan besar kofesien korelasi yaitu 0.681 yang dapat dikategorikan berkorelasi kuat; (4) Penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning berbasis teori van hiele efektif meningkatankemampuan pemecahan masalah, yaitu diperoleh skor gain sebesar 47,69; (5) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dengan model blended learning berbasis teori van hiele pada materi bangun datar terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika yang ditunjukkan dengan hasilnilai Fhitung Ftabel yaitu 759,937 3,44; (6) Semua subjek penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa setelah belajar dengan model blended learning berbasis teori van hiele.This study aims to determine the effect of applying a blended learning model based on van Hiele's theory in improving problem solving abilities and learning motivation. This study uses a mixed methods research design with an explanatory design. The sample used in this study were all fourth grade students of SDN Kangkung, 22 students and the subject of this research used purposive sampling technique. The results showed that: (1) The students' problem-solving abilities met individual mastery as indicated by the results of tcount = 6.003 ( 1.721) and a significance value of 0.000 ( 0.05); (2) The problem solving ability of students achieves classical learning completeness, which is 90%; (3) There are differences in the problem solving abilities of fourth graders at SDN Kangkung before and after taking lessons that apply the Van Hiele theory-based Blended Learning learning model with a correlation coefficient of 0.681 which can be categorized as strongly correlated; (4) The application of the van Hiele theory-based blended learning model is effective in increasing problem solving abilities, which is a gain score of 47.69; (5) There is an effect of learning motivation with the blended learning model based on van Hiele theory on the flat shape material on mathematical problem solving abilities which is indicated by the results of Fcount Ftable, 759.937 3.44; (6) All research subjects showed that there was an increase in students' learning motivation and mathematical problem solving ability after learning with a blended learning model based on van Hiele's theory.
