<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi dalam penggunaan program power point Guru SDN 2 Pelem Kecamatan Blora. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah( PTS) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis diskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan kondisi awal dengan hasil-hasil yang di capai pada setiap siklus, dan analisis deskriptif kualitas hasil observasi dengan membandingkan hasil observasi dan refleksi pada siklus I dan II. Tehnik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik observasi dengan menggunakan alat lembar observasi atau instrument observasi, dan untuk menguji bahwa materi sudah dikuasai oleh guru atau belum peneliti menggunakan teknik tes dengan menggunakan alatnya lembar soal atau butir soal.Pada akhir siklus I diketahui telah terjadi peningkatan yang tadinya guru-guru tidak mempunyai motivasi dan belum dapat menyusun bahan ajar dengan menggunakan Microsoft Powerpoint menjadi mempunyai motivasi dan dapat menyusun bahan ajar dengan menggunakan Microsoft Powerpoint walaupun masih secara kelompok, dan pada akhir siklus II guru-guru lebih mempunyai motivasi dan dapat menyusun bahan ajar. Hasil pPenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Supervis akademik dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampua Penggunaan Microsoft Powerpoint Guru SDN 2 Pelem. Hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan hasil dari 60 pada kondisi pra siklus menjadi 75 pada akhir siklus II.This study aims to determine the principal's efforts to increase motivation in the use of the power point program for teachers at SDN 2 Pelem, Blora District. This research method uses School Action Research (PTS) which consists of 2 cycles. Data analysis used a comparative descriptive analysis technique by comparing the initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle, and descriptive analysis of the quality of the observations by comparing the results of observations and reflections in cycles I and II. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques and observation techniques using observation sheets or observation instruments, and to test that the material has been mastered by the teacher or not, the researcher uses test techniques using question sheets or questions. At the end of the first cycle, it is known that there has been an increase teacher who previously was not motivated and had not been able to compile teaching materials using Microsoft Powerpoint became motivated and could compose teaching materials using Microsoft Powerpoint even though they were still in groups, and at the end of cycle II the teachers were more motivated and could arrange materials. teach. The results of the research show that academic supervision can increase motivation and ability to use Microsoft Powerpoint Teachers at SDN 2 Pelem.
