Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Kedisiplinan Tenaga Kependidikan Terhadap Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan (Studi Kasus Di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu Kabupaten Blora)

Abstract : The Influence of Competency and Diciplinary of Education Personnel in Quality of Education Service (Case Studi in Senior High School 1 Cepu Blora Regency). The Purpose of this research to know the influence competency and diciplinary of education personnel in quality of education service. Based on the calculation result of multiple linear regression analysis showing the ability of the model to explain the influence  independent variables on the dependent variable is medium, it can be seen in the value of Adj. R. Square (R2) is equal to 0.263. The result of F-test and t-test it can be known partially and simulatance influence of competency and diciplinary have significant effect on the Quality of Education Service. Variable Competency have the most impact in Quality of Education Service compared with diciplinary. based on the result of regression coefisient (b) competency has the value 0,341 and diciplinary has the value 0,321 Keyword : Competency, Dicipline, Quality of Education Service   Abstrak : Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kedisplinan Tenaga Kependidikan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan (Studi Kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu Kabupaten Blora). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan tenaga kependidikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kemampuan model untuk menjelaskan penaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sedang, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai Adj R Square (R2) yaitu sebesar 0,263. Hasil uji F dan Uji t dapat diketahui secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel kompetensi dan kedisiplinan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu. Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan dibandingkan dengan kedisiplinan. Dari hasil koefisien regresi (b) kompetensi memiliki nilai 0,341 dan kedisiplinan memiliki nilai 0,321. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kedisiplinan, Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan
