<![CDATA[Abstracts: Capacity Building of Market Local Government-owned Company of Kediri Through the Implementation of Market Information Systems. Capacity building through the implementation of market information system has provided many benefits to achieve the expected goals earlier. Reinforced by the results of the application of market information system, namely an increase in levy income, reduced levels of financial fraud, as well increasing the ability of employees. Despite the persistence of the factors that contsrain the ability of human resources is low, frequent personnel transfers and lack of attention to the management of market information systems. Keywords: employees, capacity, market information system Abstrak: Pengembangan Kapasitas Perusahaan Daerah Pasar Kota Kediri Melalui Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pasar. Pengembangan Kapasitas melalui penerapan Sistem Informasi Pasar telah memberikan banyak manfaat untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan sebelumnya. Diperkuat dengan hasil penerapan Sistem Informasi Pasar, yakni peningkatan pendapatan retribusi, berkurangnya tingkat penyelewengan keuangan, serta meningkatnya kemampuan pegawai. Meskipun masih adanya faktor yang menjadi penghambat yaitu, kemampuan SDM yang rendah, seringnya terjadi mutasi pegawai serta kurangnya perhatian manajemen terhadap sistem informasi pasar.
