Abstract: The Difference of Loyalty Performance Between Permanent Employee And Outsourcing Employee in Angkasa Pura I ( Persero ) ; also helped to analyze the factors that constrain and driving loyalty work. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were through interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used qualitativel. The results showed a significant difference between the two. The lack of a sense of self in result of outsourcing employees working loyalty they have shown, quite far behind with a permanent employee. The low employee loyalty outsourcing influenced by several factors, environmental factors, internal and external environment around them. Several factors such as family, social interaction, as well as the benefits received from the company to be a factor that has a considerable influence on employee loyalty outsourcing. Age and years of service has a negative effect on the operation of a permanent employee loyalty. Angkasa Pura I (Persero); turut pula menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendorong loyalitas kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang cukup signifikan diantara keduanya. Kurangnya rasa memiliki didalam diri pegawai outsourcing mengakibatkan loyalitas kerja yang mereka tunjukkan, tertinggal cukup jauh dengan pegawai tetap. Rendahnya loyalitas pegawai outsourcing dipengaruhi pula oleh beberapa faktor, baik faktor lingkungan internal, maupun lingkungan eksternal disekitar mereka. Beberapa faktor seperti keluarga, interaksi sosial, serta tunjangan yang diterima dari perusahaan menjadi faktor yang memiliki pengaruh cukup besar terhadap loyalitas kerja pegawai outsourcing. Faktor usia dan masa kerja memiliki efek negatif terhadap loyalitas kerja beberapa pegawai. Â Kata kunci: loyatitas kerja, pegawai tetap, pegawai outsourching
