Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran model Snowball Throwing berbantuan CD interaktif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah materi turunan fungsi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dengan metode dokumentasi dan metode tes. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) , artinya peserta didik kelas eksperimen mencapai ketuntasan belajar individual, (2)  , artinya peserta didik kelas eksperimen mencapai ketuntasan belajar klasikal, dan (3) , artinya rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik kelas kontrol. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran matematika dengan model Snowball Throwing berbantuan CD interaktif dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar dan lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran matematika dengan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi turunan fungsi. Kata kunci : CD interaktif; Keefektifan; Model Pembelajaran Snowball Throwing. AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of Snowball Throwing learning assisted by interactive CD towards problem solving ability in function derifative material. The research sample is taken by using simple random sampling Data were obtained by documentation method and test method. Results of this research were (1) , meaning that the students of experiment class could achieve a minimum  of completeness students,  (2)  ,  meaning that the students of experiment class has reached learning mastery clasically, and (3) , meaning that the averages student’s problem solving ability  who completed the expe­riment  class is greater than the control class. It be concluded that the student’s problem solving ability by using Snowball Throwing learning model assisted by interactive CD can achieve learning exhaustiveness and it better than the student’s problem solving ability by using explicit instruction learning model on matter of function derifative . Keyword: Effectiveness; Interactive CD; Snowball Throwing learning model.
